Gathering Together: Food, Music, and Brotherhood

On August 15, 2026, Valley-Daylight Lodge and River City Lodge came together to host a day filled with fun, fellowship, and well‑earned recognition. Guests enjoyed an outstanding meal featuring smoked brisket, pulled pork, smoked bologna, macaroni and cheese, green beans, potato salad, pasta salad, desserts, and more.

We welcomed our widows, their families, and friends to share in the celebration, enjoy a wonderful meal, and listen to the Aroura Boys as they filled the afternoon with bluegrass music. The fellowship was warm, the conversations were lively, and the sense of community was unmistakable.

During the program, we proudly presented years‑of‑service awards, including one remarkable milestone of 70 years. It was a day that honored tradition, celebrated dedication, and strengthened the bonds that make our lodges special.
